Compassionate, Trauma-informed & Collaborative Counselling Services

At Katreena Therapy, we are dedicated to providing compassionate and effective counselling services to individuals and parents. Our practice is trauma-informed, collaborative, and centres around your individual experience, needs and goals. Together, we explore your resources, strengths, and areas of growth.

We acknowledge our White settler status and cultural privilege that we carry while living and working on the Unceded traditional territories of the Puntledge, E’iksan and K’ómoks First Nation Indigenous peoples, the original keepers of this land for time immemorial. We are honoured to practice counselling here.
